TO JAN currently serves customers within Canada. Available delivery options and rates are shown at checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully processed. Launches and high-volume periods may take longer.

How does your limited sizing work?

Each TO JAN piece is released in very limited quantities. The product page updates size availability according to the colour you select.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Size exchanges are available subject to size availability and the terms of our Exchange Policy. Review the policy pages or contact us before sending an item back.
